The First Digital Science and Energy Workshop was organized by the CTC (Center of Science and Technology of PUC-Rio) in partnership with INRIA (Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et en Automatique). The goal was to promote Brazil-France research and development collaborations among industry and researchers from both countries.

This first meeting focused on the energy area, involving not only production and conversion aspects but also computational solutions, logistics, storage, distribution, planning, and related lines of research. This hybrid event happened on December 19th at the CTC Dean's Office conference room at PUC-Rio.
